Ossetra is one of the most prestigious types of caviar (ecliped in price only by Beluga caviar). Considered by many the golden child of the sturgeon family, the Ossetra has a buttery flavour that many consider being the most enjoyable.

Ossetra caviar varies in color from deep brown to gold. Lighter varieties are more sought after, as they have the richest flavor and come from the oldest of sturgeon.

Our sturgeon eggs are produced in state of the art aquacultures using ancient Greek techniques that date back several centuries.

We offer the only caviar in Greece that has been certified by the international Caviar Association.
