Acipenser baerii is the typical kind of fish of the rivers of Siberia, up to Baikali Lake. Baerii eggs are tight black with an impressive fishy taste.
The female Siberian Sturgeon Acipenser Baerii mature after 5 or 6 years and provide a small to medium gain cavair that is predominantly dark brown to black in color, offering great concentrated caviar flavor.
Our sturgeon eggs are produced in state of the art aquacultures using ancient Greek techniques that date back several centuries.
We offer the only caviar in Greece that has been certified by the international Caviar Association.
