All the ingredients are fresh and natural. Having started the company five years ago from her Hackney kitchen, Kylee Newton the founder of Newton & Pott has gone on to win a YBF award for her pickles and published a best selling preserve book with Penguin Random House.

Kylee gives a face to the brand appearing at festivals, teaching masterclasses and writing recipes for national publications extending the brand’s reach to a wider UK audience.
